This is especially true in any product or process NUD’s\n\nThroughout the program, characterize the product to ensure we understand the risks and what it would take to address the risks\n\nDrive Product Qualification processes\n\nDrive and implement strong Product Quality and Reliability System\n\nOwn the form, fit and function of HP Printhead and drive Change Management\n\nEngage and drive solutions across HP value chains team such as Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Tech Support as well as Production, to improve Manufacturing Line Productivity, Yield and Quality\n\nConceptualize, Develop and Deliver solutions to simplify Processes and deliver Cost Reduction out of the Operations\n\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\n\nTypically has 4-7 years of work experience\n\nPossess good understanding of manufacturing processes, methodologies and environment, preferably have the experience working in a fast pace and high-volume electronics product manufacturing environment\n\nStrong leadership and organization skills\n\nAble to work well under Stress, both internally and across functions\n\nFast learner, Proactive and Self driven character\n\nTechnically inclined and Hands-on personality\n\nFluent in English both spoken and written\n\nExcellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Project Management skills\nGood Understanding of Quality Assurance & Process Control Knowledge\n\nExcellent team player, interpersonal and communication skill\n\n Knowledge & Skills\nAgile Methodology\nAutomation\nComputer Science\nContinuous Improvement Process\nData Analysis\nElectrical Engineering\nEngineering Management\nLean Manufacturing\nManufacturing Engineering\nManufacturing Processes\nMechanical Engineering\nNew Product Development\nProcess Improvement\nProject Management\nPython (Programming Language)\nSoftware Development\nSoftware Engineering\nSupply Chain\nSystems Engineering\nTooling Cross-Org Skills\nEffective Communication\nResults Orientation\nLearning Agility\nDigital Fluency\nCustomer Centricity Impact & Scope\nImpacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
