The U.S. Consumer PC Account Planning team is looking for a hands-on supply chain manager who will be the HP operations interface with some of our U.S. retailers and provide leadership among Planning, Logistic, Order Management and Product Marketing to forecast and execute a supply plan to support customers’ product requirements.\nResponsibilities:\nManage supply chain processes that support supply/demand matching activities, inventory management and demand fulfilment for HP Consumer notebook, desktop and monitor categories with major retail accounts.\nCollaborate with resellers to set mutually beneficial goals to manage the business categories and ensure both HP and the reseller operate according to these parameters Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR). \nWork closely with HP Consumer Channel Marketing and Sales team as the supply chain expert for specific retail account teams.\nParticipate in weekly meetings and is an advocate for the accounts by providing feedback on the state of the business and HP’s supply chain to ensure the right business decisions are made in a timely manner.\nDevelop and implement supply chain programs and/or lead implementation of supporting operational activities with the account relating to the business categories. This involves partnering with internal and external resources to accomplish program goals. \nManages quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to support proactive supply chain operations and priority projects.\nEducation & Experience:\nFirst-level university degree\n2-3 years of experience in a supply chain function\nKnowledge & Skills:\nExcellent understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver)\nExcellent communication and influencing skills; mastery of English\nStrong internal and external relationship management skills\nStrong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility\nThorough knowledge of inventory modeling and analysis\nStrong leadership skills including team-building, conflict resolution and management\nProficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)\nStrong desire to grow, lead and give back to the business\nAbility to leverage AI and automation technologies to drive operational efficiencies and enhance supply chain decision-making.\nExposure:\nExtensive interaction with all of the business functions (e.g., Logistics, Order Management, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Category, etc.) that drive HP’s Consumer PC business\nOpportunity for growth within the team (Execution Lead, Product Line Lead, Major Account, etc.)\nAn opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment among talented and motivated individuals\nTypically interacts with Directors.\nThe pay range for this role is $107,400 to $155,700 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
