readiness, and change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.\nAnalyze operational and business data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, presentations, and project documentation to support business decision-making.\nApply project management practices, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and execution in an agile environment.\nBuild and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams and business functions.\nProvide coordination, guidance, and support to stakeholders throughout project and operational activities. \nCoordinate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align requirements, manage deliverables, and support successful project execution.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED\nBachelor's degree required.\nTypically 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, business analysis, or related fields.\nExperience working in cross-functional and global business environments.\nExperience with process improvement, operational excellence, business analytics, reporting, or related activities is preferred.\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED\nOperational excellence and continuous improvement mindset.\nProject management, planning, organizational, and coordination skills.\nAnalytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nAbility to analyze data and derive meaningful business insights.\nEffective communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nWorking knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity with Microsoft Copilot.\nExperience with reporting, dashboarding, and data visualization
