This role is pivotal in ensuring that all briefings are engaging, informative, and align with the company's standards and goals.\nDisclaimer: expected onsite presence due to the customer-facing requirements and business/collaboration requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeads the briefing preparation and readiness of executive visits at the CWC Barcelona - with focus on ABM and Global Accounts executive engagement.\nAble to perform and articulate basic tours and demonstrations translating features into business outcomes tailored to the customers.\nPlan, manage, and facilitate executive briefings, general sessions, and presentations from initial request to post-event follow-up.\nPresent and tailor content to introduce our showcase and solutions to customers.\nCoordinate with various departments to gather relevant information, Discussion Leaders attendance and materials for briefings.\nDevelop and maintain briefing schedules, ensuring all parties are informed of updates and changes.\nLiaise with executives, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure briefing objectives are met.\nOversee the creation and distribution of briefing materials, such as presentations, agendas, and reports.\nStay updated on industry trends and current events to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and informative.\nEvaluate the effectiveness of briefings and implement improvements as necessary.\nCoordinate initiatives to drive more traffic into the center.\nQualifications\nSuperb organizational and event management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficient level of English and Spanish.
