Responsibilities\nManages supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping, for a regional or global business unit.\nProduces reports using IT systems and analyzes data to develop trends for supply and demand activities, and articulates findings to management.\nLeads the analysis conducted for backlog management.\nGathers demand data from country, region, and account managers to contribute to demand planning.\nCollaborates with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.\nDrives business outcomes and operational excellence based on the continuous review of current processes.\nDrives the review of performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.\nCommunicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.\nProvides training or general direction for junior staff members. Education & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
