The practice connects cross-functional teams, structures operational readiness, improves data visibility, and develops repeatable processes, governance, tools, and performance indicators that support predictable go-live execution.\nJoin us to help turn this evolving practice into a scalable, data-driven operating model with practical tools that teams can use every day.\n\nKey responsibilities:\nSupport the development and continuous improvement of the Transition Practice framework, playbook, process maps, templates, and governance materials.\nCollect, structure, clean, and connect transition-related data from existing trackers and operational sources to improve data quality and traceability.\nHelp design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI views that provide visibility into transition progress, operational readiness, risks, milestones, and outcomes.\nAnalyze process performance and recurring issues, identify improvement opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations and visual insights.\nSupport the automation and simplification of recurring reporting, data consolidation, and workflow activities using appropriate digital tools.\n\nRequirements:\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong analytical skills and interest in process engineering, operational excellence, data management, and performance measurement.\nKnowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
