reporting.\nPerform deep-dive analyses to support strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities.\nData Platform & Engineering\nDesign, develop, and optimize modern data pipelines and data models across enterprise platforms.\nSupport data lake, cloud analytics, and next-generation reporting transformations.\nDrive migration of legacy reporting environments to scalable cloud-based architectures.\nEnsure data quality, governance, validation, and ongoing operational excellence.\nReporting & Automation\nModernize reporting capabilities using Power BI and other enterprise analytics tools.\nAutomate recurring reporting, ingestion, validation, and monitoring processes.\nDevelop scalable self-service reporting solutions that improve accessibility and decision-making.\nReduce manual Skills\nRequired\nAdvanced experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.\nExpertise with Power BI, SQL, and enterprise reporting platforms.\nStrong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality management.\nExperience building and maintaining scalable analytics solutions.\nAbility to convert ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExcellent presentation and data storytelling capabilities.\nPreferred\nExperience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Platform, or similar cloud analytics environments.\nKnowledge of enterprise data lake architectures.\nExperience with automation frameworks and modern data engineering practices.\nAgile project delivery experience.\nAnalytics certifications and advanced BI training.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.\nTypically 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related
