The analyst will work closely with DIA project leads, finance stakeholders, and technical partners to convert Excel-based reporting into scalable Power BI dashboards and to explore AI-enabled solutions for financial analysis.\nThe role is highly hands-on, requiring strong technical capabilities in data modeling, visualization, and automation. In addition to contributing to solution development, the analyst will assist with coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and supporting stakeholder engagement.\nKey focus areas include:\nAsset Transformation - Converting legacy Excel reports into scalable, governed Power BI assets\nUser Experience - Enhancing usability, adoption, and accessibility of reporting solutions\n AI Enablement - Supporting development and experimentation of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, approved agents) to generate financial insights\nBusiness Optimization - Applying analytics to solve real business problems and improve decision-making\nResponsibilities\nSupport development of Power BI dashboards and data models, including data transformation, validation, and visualization design\nPartner with DIA team members and business stakeholders to identify candidate reports for digitalization and define solution requirements\nContribute to design and implementation of AI-enabled use cases, leveraging approved tools (e.g., Copilot, internal agents) to enhance financial insights\nAssist in tracking DIA initiatives within the Plan of Record (POR), including status updates, dependencies, and risks\nCollaborate with asset owners and finance teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability of transformed assets\nSupport testing, quality assurance, and documentation for dashboards and analytics solutions\nHelp prepare regular updates and materials for leadership, summarizing progress, insights, and key issues\nContribute to process improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and analysis workflows\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\n4-7 years of experience\nExperience in financial analysis, reporting, or analytics roles\nDemonstrated experience working with data tools (Power BI preferred)\nKnowledge & Skills\nStrong foundation in financial analysis and accounting principles\nHands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, and Excel-based data transformation\nFamiliarity with data modeling, visualization best practices, and dashboard design\nInterest or experience in AI-enabled analytics tools (e.g., Copilot, automation tools)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nEffective communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to work in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects\nBasic to intermediate project coordination skills (tracking, organization, follow-ups)\nCross-Org Skills\nEffective Communication\nResults Orientation\nLearning Agility\nDigital Fluency\nCustomer Centricity\nImpact & Scope\nImpacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.\nComplexity\nWorks on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.\nDisclaimer\nThis job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
