Responsibilities\nEnsures the validation and execution of the detailed technical design solution, addressing the problem identified by the project/technical manager, often taking the lead in formulating detailed designs for enterprise-level solutions.\nSpecializes in the analysis and development of complex enterprise technology solutions, developing tailored technology solutions for customers using a range of industry products and technologies.\nLeads the technical evaluation and delivery of specific technical solutions to clients, fostering a high-performance team environment and managing the team through various lifecycle stages.\nProvides advanced technical consultancy and guidance to peers, offering expertise in proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning, and solution customization.\nGathers and analyzes data from diverse sources to ascertain customer needs and requirements, responding to customer requests for technical information.\nEngages in complex technical issue resolution across multiple technology domains, often devising novel methods to address unique situations.\nRepresents the organization at technology conferences with a multi-customer audience, sharing insights and expertise.\nSupports sales activities, managing bids and contributing substantially to the sales lifecycle, including producing comprehensive proposals for smaller engagements and actively expanding portfolio with existing customers through new opportunities and change management efforts.\nApplies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.\nDevelops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees. Education & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in implementation consultancy, customer support, focused technology areas, or a related field. Knowledge & Skills\nYou should definitely know what a printer is. And preferably have used them before, even better if you installed some software in them, on the workstations that use them, and servers that support them. It would be awesome if you understood network load balancer configuration and overall IT infrastructure of enterprise customers. And if you are comfortable configuring clusters, that would be amazing.\nWe have a bunch of software that you should be at least able to relate to... various kinds of pull printing software, workflow and security solutions, as well as configuration tools, on premise and in the cloud.\nHP is all about security, so having a strong footing on attack vectors and networking protocols, as well as how to secure equipment and software would be expected, and industry standard certification an added advantage.\nCustomers are the reason for our existence and strong communication and persuasion skills are important.
