The role directs program strategy, budgets, resource allocation, and requirements while assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies - with a focus on scaling outcomes through technology-enabled solutions. The role ensures alignment with the business unit's strategic vision for support experience transformation, communicates with stakeholders at all levels, collaborates with internal partners, and evaluates program plans for compliance and digital readiness.\nResponsibilities\nManages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to promote quality culture and drive the quality improvement process for a product or service offering.\nDevelops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.\nManages activities of supporting project teams and internal partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.\nCommunicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal development, manufacturing and service delivery partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.\nIdentifies potential risks or issues with quality project implementations and proactively drives risk communication with internal and external stakeholders.\nProvides subject matter expertise to program stakeholders within the division to solve complex programs/issues.\nCollaborates with the quality project/program team members to understand lessons learned to ensure project and process improvements are captured from concept to launch.\nDrives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the organization.\nProvides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members and contributes to their growth within the organization. Education & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project and program management, quality, lean six sigma, or a related field.
