This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement in logistics operations, implementing best practices, and supporting key business initiatives. The position provides subject matter expertise and partners with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives but does not have direct responsibility for managing staff.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the distribution center associates and 3PL partners.\nScope, design, and lead high-impact projects from concept through stabilization, ensuring alignment with cost, service, and environmental goals \nAnalyse end-to-end supply-chain data; build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership in Operations, IT, Finance, and Sustainability \nAct as primary liaison between DC operations and Engineering, IT, Finance, Global Process Owners, and 3PL vendors for technology deployments and capital projects \nPartner with the 3PL WMS team to define operational requirements, test new functionality, and validate system performance; escalate issues and track resolution \nDevelop metrics dashboards, SOPs, and best practice playbooks, train people leaders and associates on new standards \nConduct root-cause analyses for systemic service or quality issues, drive corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with People Managers \nLead HP’s continuous-improvement roadmap using Lean/Six Sigma, value-stream mapping, and digital-twin modelling; track ROI and sustainment \nEnsure adherence to regulatory or HP standards within project scope \nMentor supervisors, engineers, and analysts informally, fostering a culture of learning and innovation \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related discipline or equivalent practical experience \n7+ years job-related experience and 5+years managing high preforming teams.\nDeep experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in distribution, fulfilment, or manufacturing environments \nAdvanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL etc. \nSolid knowledge of WMS/ERP platforms, material-handling systems, and automation technologies, with experience coordinating changes through a 3PL partner \nExceptional influencing and communication skills; able to align executives, engineers, and frontline associates without direct authority \nProven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on schedule \nPreferred Qualifications\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or comparable certification \nHands-on experience implementing DC automation or robotics solutions \nExposure to network design, transportation optimization, or sustainability-driven supply-chain projects \nPay & Benefits\nThe pay range for this role is $93,400 to $143,800 USD annually with additional\nopportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United\nStates of America candidates only).
