The Barcelona site hosts the HP Large Format Printing Business, responsible for the Research and Development, Marketing and Operations of the full range of HP Large Format Printers, including HP DesignJet and HP Latex.\nWe are looking for an Intern in Electronic Engineering, with verifiable knowledge in the design and development of electronic systems and a strong background on electronics design.\nThe candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary development team located both in Barcelona and other international locations, working towards common and technically challenging objectives.\nKey duties and responsibilities\nMain responsibilities will include the design, development and verification of electronic subsystems and PCAs for the large format printers developed in Barcelona.\nSpecifically, responsibilities include:\nIdentify and compile applicable design requirements.\nSelect design alternatives based on analysis of specifications.\nContribute to define the system/subsystem architecture.\nDesign, develop, debug, verify and document digital and/or electronics circuitry for large format printers.\nDesign and implement test plans as required to validate electronic designs.\nInteracts with ASIC and FPGA designers to define design interfaces.\nResearch future trends on his/her area of responsibility.\nRequired Qualifications:\nCurrently studying Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Industrial, Telecommunications, or similar fields.\nAvailability to establish internship agreement with University during 9-12 months, either on a part-time or full-time basis.\nAvailability to start on November 2025\nVerifiable & solid knowledge in design and development in two or more of the following areas:Power and mechatronics electronics, motor drivers for DC and BLDC motors, DC-DC converters, adjustable voltage regulators, etc.\nHigh speed digital design, computer busses and memory subsystems, high-speed communication channels.\nSensorics, precision analog circuitry, analog signal processing circuits.\n\nBasic programming skills (C, Python, and/or scripting languages).\nEnglish language proficiency.\nInitiative, proactivity, and work autonomy.\nExcellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.\nDesired Qualifications:\nKnowledge of analog/digital electronic simulation tools (HyperLynx, Pspice, etc.).\nExperience our benefits: \nBeing part of HP means access to an international community with lots of growth opportunities within the company, professional development resources, networking opportunities, while enjoying in a great atmosphere making an impact.\nWork office-based with punctual hybrid work style. \nFlexible schedule for part time (4h/day) or full time (8h/day) for a 6 to12 months agreement.\nLove sports?
