This includes A4 Volume and SMB Laserjet Products and related electronic assets. In addition, the team will host, grow and develop technical depth of both EE assets and EE product development competencies.\nThe successful candidate will need to manage staff activities and provide guidance to the team in solving complex business/technical issues. Participate in the planning and development of lab technical capability and know-how to meet the long-term goals of the organization. Plans, recruit, manage and monitor development of the team and brings out the best efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Cultivate a collaborative team with growth and innovative mindset to constantly exceed business goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors designing and developing engineering solutions and coordinating projects for electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms.\nManages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated, and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.\nEngages with program managers, other R&D asset teams, cross functional teams to define the scope, manage resources, escalate issues, and guide and influence strategic decision-making.\nManages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs; ensures that team members are effectively communicating and collaborating with outsourced resources.\nProactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities.\nDrives efficiency in development phase to enable better responses to market needs.\nProvides people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; drives and fosters organization-wide performance standards, expectations, and practices to support ongoing team member and process development \nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline.\nTypically, 6+ years of experience in related technical field.
