Within our team, you will get to work with all the cool new technologies that we have in one of the most creative businesses at HP.\nKey responsibilities\nApply technical knowledge to advise, train, demonstrate and operate the HP SitePrint technology.\nIntegrate technical knowledge and business knowing to create solutions for customers.\nResolve technical incidents externally within the field and/or technical application area.\nWork with internal development team and external construction services team members to resolve more complex or cross-technology incidents.\nIdentify potential escalations and alert management and program stakeholders proactively.\nProactively and reactively provide solutions to partners and end-users to prevent problems from occurring when using the SitePrint technology in various field applications.\nApply or deploy HP solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs.\nBalance internal needs with customer needs within defined parameters.\nMay identify additional services that could hint to future service revenue growth.\nBuild strong relationship with management in assigned accounts.\nInfluence delivery decisions on assigned account plans.\nManage small service and customer experience centric projects/programs in the team, including Service Lifecycle Requirements within the region in coordination with the Global Business Unit.\nResponsible for helping define and establish in-region service infrastructure to fulfil HP SitePrint service strategy, including, but not limited to service parts, bench-repair, whole unit exchange, knowledge management, training.\nDrive Customer Expectation management as part of escalation process. Responsible for implementing part or all the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design.\nParticipates in the customer or partner engagements, to ensure onboarding, training, and overall service solution readiness.\nProvides Post-Sales service and verify to customers/partners on the HP SitePrint solution.\nProvides technical leadership on specific integration activities associated with services. Creates and contributes to knowledge tools and communities and ensures project learnings are documented and shared with internal and external stakeholders.\nEducation and experienced required\nBachelor’s degree preferred or associate degree holder (technical field) with 4-6 years working experience in construction related fields desired.\nKnowledge and Skills\nHas construction industry experience. Civil Engineering/Surveying, Site layout, BIM, site project management are preferred, especially where new application specific technologies have been introduced and used.\nActive listening skills and ability to adjust messages to audience level.\nProblem-solving skills (proactive, reactive and creative).\nProject management, communication, and analytical skills.\nAble to identify, propose and implement operational efficiencies. Has ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on combinations and interactions of products.\nAbility to apply technology and consulting to solve a client business problem.\nAble to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence. Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing.\nAbility to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements.\nOwns and produces customer documentation. Ability to translate technical details into concise and easy to know written form.\nAbility to translate verbal requirements from face-to-face client meetings into requirements documents, statements of work, and proposals.\nAble to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate.\nFrom the requirements, able to develop a high-level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort required to deliver.\nAbility to work with a team to provide written responses to technical proposals and /or reports/documentation for delivery.\nTravel\n50% of the time.
