Automation and connecting siloed systems (integrations) is key to this success, by reducing the number of “touches” needed by a human to complete the tasks.\nWe need skilled engineering program managers with process improvement experience, to bring this vision to life.\nWhat you’ll do as an Engineering Program Manager:\nSolve problems!\nUse data analytics skills to identify operational problems, and launch projects to improve processes\nLead technical programs involving multiple functions and worldwide project teams to expand our factory capabilities footprint to serve global customers with a standardized global design.\nBe the SC focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI)\nDesign/Develop/Improve new or existing Supply Chain Services Processes\nEnhance the customer experience through state of the art, intuitive tools.\nEnhance employees productivity and reduce manual work (e.g. data entry) through automation of processes and connecting siloed systems/data/processes.\nEngage with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, scope, timeline, etc\nExecute on strategy to deliver new SC processes/capabilities\nPeople change management for successful adoption of new or changed processes\nEffective communication to sponsors and stakeholders on status\nKeep project/program aligned with other strategic initiatives\nThe ideal candidate:\nPMI PMP or PMI-ACP certified, LSS Green Belt certified, or equivalent\nStrong desire to understand and improve processes\nProven experience applying Agile practices and driving end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, including process redesign, system implementation, User Acceptance Testing, and organizational change management employing methodologies such as ADKAR, preferred.\nDemonstrates a quality-first, metrics-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and data insights to continuously improve processes, performance, and business outcomes.\nDemonstrated experience with PLM, PDM, BOMs and SAP\nHands on experience developing/creating reports using Power BI or pivot charts/slicers in Excel\nExcellent communicator for creating visual, succinct PowerPoint presentations to executive audiences\nWorking knowledge of SAP materials management and Factory processes (e.g. service orders, material master, BOMs, SKU/CTO, EDI signals, cost, document management)\nDemonstrates foundational knowledge of AI principles, including generative AI concepts, data-driven insights, and responsible AI usage; prior exposure or training preferred.\nStrong emotional intelligence (EQ) and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and effectively resolve complex business challenges.\nHands-on experience working with the following Microsoft software:Dynamics 365\nAzure Dev Ops (ADO)\nPower Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)\nSharePoint workflows, InfoPath\n\nFinancial acumen (P&L, revenue, cost, gross margin) and ability to creates data-driven strategies\nEducation and Experience Required:\nBachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required. Preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain.\nTypically 8-10+ years’ experience in the workforce after college graduation\nTypically 4+ years of experience in various supply chain functions; understanding of E2E supply chain\nPMP and LSS Green Belt certifications preferred\nArtificial Intelligence (AI) certifications preferred\n8+ years of medium scale/cross-functional project management experience\nExperience working in SAP with PLM, PDM, and BOMs is highly desired\nHands on experience developing/creating reports using Power BI or pivot charts/slicers in Excel\nKnowledge and Skills:\nWorking knowledge of E2E Supply Chain and Manufacturing.\nAdvanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.\nAdvanced data analysis skills and high excel acumen\nSelf-starter with strong time management skills and adaptability\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills; logical solution provider.\nWorking knowledge of and ability to manage complex modelling and financial analysis.\nAdvanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language.\nExcellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.\nMentoring and coaching skills\nProficient with Microsoft suite of tools with intermediate to advance Excel skills\nProficient in foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts\nSuccess Profile:\nWhat makes a successful Engineer at HP?
