In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, delivering high-impact executive hiring solutions that strengthen leadership capability across the organization.\nYou will own executive searches end-to-end, lead proactive talent strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while operating with discretion, influence, and strong business acumen.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead full-cycle executive searches for Director through Vice President-level roles\nPartner with senior business and People leaders to define hiring strategies, success profiles, and long-term talent needs\nProactively build and maintain executive-level talent pipelines for current and future roles\nSource, assess, and engage senior talent across operations, finance, technology, and general management functions\nAct as a trusted advisor to executives, providing insight on talent markets, competitive intelligence, and hiring best practices\nDrive consistent, scalable recruiting processes while balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience\nChampion inclusive and diverse executive hiring practices\nManage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced, matrixed environment\nSelect and manage executive search firms to deliver strong outcomes and value\nExperience & Qualifications\nProven in-house executive recruiting experience supporting senior-level and leadership hires.\nExperience in Supply Chain, Planning & Operations, Infrastructure or Procurement is of particular interest\nDemonstrated experience building deep, trusted partnerships with executive leaders across multiple functions, such as operations, finance, technology, software, and supply chain\nStrong executive presence with the ability to influence, consult, and operate effectively at the senior level\nSound judgment, discretion, and comfort navigating complex, ambiguous hiring needs\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience\n7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent experience, including significant exposure to executive-level candidate management\nWhy HP\nAt HP, you’ll recruit for a company with global scale, strong leadership ambition, and a deep commitment to shaping the future of work.
