May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide Business Finance support for the Integrated Leasing business, including account-level P&L analysis, revenue, cost, margin, profitability reporting, and identification of key financial drivers, risks, and opportunities.\nSupport deal-level forecasting, financial analysis, and profitability assessment, ensuring accurate business and operational inputs are reflected in forecasts, and perform forecast-versus-actual analysis to identify variances and improve forecast accuracy.\nPrepare financial reporting, dashboards, management analysis, scenario modelling, and business insights to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, and operational decision-making.\nPartner with Customer Delivery Managers and Contract Management Operations to monitor deal and account profitability and support the end-to-end leasing lifecycle, including lease initiation, asset installation, billing, and revenue realization.\nMonitor and support timely and accurate customer billing, identifying potential delays or process gaps following lease initiation and asset installation and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.\nCollaborate with Business Finance, Compliance, Analytics, and Operations to resolve financial issues, improve data quality, maintain financial controls, and provide accurate inputs to the Services business unit.\nSupport process improvements, reporting enhancements, automation, and standardization within finance processes, while developing a strong understanding of the Leasing Ecosystem, business processes, systems, and financial drivers.\nMaintain high standards of financial accuracy, compliance, data integrity, and operational rigor, while building strong relationships with business and operational stakeholders and continuously developing commercial and financial expertise.\nSupport high-impact business initiatives, coordinating finance activities and collaborating with analysts and finance teams across functions and geographies to deliver business outcomes.\nEducation and Experience Required:\nFirst level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA, MBA) preferred.\nTypically 8+ years of experience as a financial analyst.\nTypically experienced in more than one finance function.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nExcellent understanding of accounting principles focused on leasing and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.\nExcellent analytical skills.\nExcellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).\nExcellent communication and influencing skills.\nSuperior teamwork skills\nStrong business acumen.\nGood project management skills.\nJob -\nFinanceSchedule -\nFull timeShift -\nNo shift premium (India)Travel -\nRelocation -\nEqual Opportunity Employer (EEO)-\nHP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).\nPlease be assured that you will not be subject to any adverse treatment if you choose to disclose the information requested.
