The role also represents the Record to Report organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.\nResponsibilities\nProvides expertise to R2R ( Record to Report) functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.\nActs as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies for finance processes\nPerforms complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong accounting understanding to achieve objectives effectively.\nLeads and drives finance process improvement initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance..\nRepresents the R2R function during cross-regional or cross-functionalprojects and process discussions.\nApplies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.\nDevelops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nChartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and management accountant (CMA) certification is required\nTypically has 3-5 years of work experience post-CA/CMA qualification.\nRequired:\n1) Should be comfortable with early morning or late evening shift.
