The team is responsible to lead USGAAP Close, Local Close and statutory audit closures with the external audit partners. The role of Statutory Accountant contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas for long term roadmap of the COE.\nResponsibilities:\nEnd-to-end ownership of close activities & statutory audits for all the legal entities assigned with diverse natures by working closely with external auditors.\n\nPreparation of Financial Statements as per accounting standards (IFRS / Local GAAP)\n\nCollaboration with Controllers and other stakeholders to ensure complete analysis of the Financial statements.\n\nStandardization and automation of close processes and all the audit schedules and audit processes for the scope of entities\n\nKnowledge of accounting processes, and accounting principles\n\nProficient in understanding of Statutory Reporting process, GAAP Bridging & Financial statement preparation.\n\nTrial Balance analysis & support Close activities during month end, quarter end and year end close of USGAAP & Local GAAP books.\n\n Education and Experience Required:\nFirst-level university degree focused on business or economics and advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred.\n\n4+ years of experience as a financial analyst, or controller.\n\nTypically experienced in more than one finance function.\n\nA previous experience in one of the BIG 4 will be a plus.\n\nKnowledge and Skills:\nExcellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.\n\nExcellent analytical skills.\n\nSuperior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).\n\nSuperior communication and influencing skills.\n\nSuperior teamwork skills\n\nStrong business acumen.\n\nGood project management skills.\n\n* Polish Entity\nWe offer:\nThe base pay range for this role is108050 PLNto163800 PLN gross annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses.
