The analyst exercises independent judgment within established practices and procedures to determine appropriate actions, consistently adhering to guidelines and policy interpretations. This position requires evaluating unique circumstances and making sound recommendations to prevent fraud effectively.\nThe B2B Payment Fraud analyst will review Open invoice, credit card and Prepayment cases within our fraud prevention platform or through different communication channels utilizing Fraud Prevention tools and exercising sound judgment analysis to determine risk and identify fraudulent behavior\nQualifications:\nUniversity degree or comparable proven experience desired.\nVery Fluent English (90%+) (oral and written). Strong written and verbal communication skills.\nIntermediate skills required with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other primary Office applications.\nIdeal Candidate is a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.\nProven ability to work independently while applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive impactful, efficient and effective results. (Strong ability to evaluate and understand complex information).\nDemonstrated proficiency in navigating multiple applications within a fast-paced work environment\nCapable of managing and completing multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.\nPrevious Payment Fraud experience, Chargeback management or Fraud Prevention knowledge is needed.\nAbility to work flexible hours including overtime and weekend support as required.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAchieve Subject Matter Expert of B2B Stores. (Includes tools, processes and order processing life cycle).\nIdentify and mitigate fraud trends to protect operations and the Stores we provide support to, utilizing expert-level understanding of our processes and policies\nAddress daily customer needs as the primary point of contact for escalations and team support.\nEngage with customers as needed, to uncover fraudulent activities by asking targeted questions tailored to each scenario. Analyze customer interactions via phone or email to identify suspicious behavior and potential fraud based on their responses and actions.\nFocus on preventing, detecting, investigating, and reporting fraudulent activities to maintain the integrity of operations. Conduct thorough investigations to uncover and address fraudulent behavior and ensure accurate and timely reporting of all fraud-related incidents.\nAdhere to daily strategies and established processes to ensure consistent performance.
