This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, customer understanding, and product lifecycle leadership.\nResponsibilities\nPortfolio Strategy & Planning\nDefine and maintain long-term roadmap and portfolio strategy for OPS Enterprise products.\nDevelop product line logic, positioning, and differentiation strategies across managed and transactional customer segments.\nLead market segmentation, customer needs analysis, competitive assessments, and growth opportunity identification.\nDrive portfolio simplification and profitability optimization initiatives.\nInfluence long-term technology, platform, and feature roadmap decisions.\nProduct Lifecycle Management\nLead products through HP's Product Lifecycle (PLC) process from concept through launch.\nDrive business case development, financial modeling, and executive decision-making materials.\nEnsure alignment across hardware, Supplies, firmware, solutions, services, and accessories roadmaps.\nNew Product Introduction (NPI)\nLead cross-functional teams to successfully develop and launch future OPS Enterprise products.\nPartner with R&D and Operations to define customer requirements, feature priorities, platform tradeoffs, and launch readiness plans.\nManage risks, dependencies, and strategic decisions throughout the development cycle.\nDeliver Support global sales enablement and support global sales enablement.\nBusiness & Competitive Leadership\nMonitor market trends, customer requirements, regulatory changes, and competitive activities.\nDevelop competitive positioning and value propositions.\nAnalyze and establish business performance, profitability, market share, and customer adoption metrics.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nBuild strong partnerships across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, and regional teams.\nLead complex discussions and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.\nPresent strategic recommendations and business cases to senior leadership.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.\nTypically 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Portfolio Strategy, or related business leadership roles.\nProven experience leading complex product portfolios and cross-functional programs.\nStrong strategic thinking and business analysis capabilities.\nExperience developing business cases, financial models, and executive-level presentations.\nExcellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to drive decisions in highly matrixed organizations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA or advanced degree.\nExperience in business printing, imaging, office equipment, or adjacent technology markets.\nKnowledge of product lifecycle management and new product introduction processes.\nExperience working with global engineering and operations teams.\nStrong understanding of enterprise customer workflows and document solutions.\nSuccess Measures\nDevelopment of a competitive and profitable long-term A3 WG portfolio roadmap.\nSuccessful execution of PLC milestones and future product introductions.\nImproved portfolio competitiveness, customer value proposition, and business performance.\nStrong cross-functional alignment and executive confidence in strategic recommendations.\nEffective identification and execution of growth, simplification, and cost optimization opportunities.\nDisclaimer\nThis job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
