effective verbal and written communication is key to success in this role.\n\nAnticipate stakeholder and supplier needs and provide timely, practical solutions to build credibility and trust.\n\nDemonstrate a proven ability to identify, assess, and solve complex business and operational problems.\n\nApply strong analytical skills to assess processes, supplier performance, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nInfluence stakeholders and suppliers to adopt or adjust existing and new processes.\n\nApply best practices in business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurement, continuous improvement, and change management.\n\nWork with other Process Engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate new and existing business processes.\n\nPrioritize and execute projects that drive ongoing business and supplier performance improvements.\n\nProvide guidance on process capabilities, technology, operational risks, costs, and supplier impacts.\n\nBalance global standardization requirements with market, customer, and supplier operational realities.\n\nTechnical skills:\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.\n\nStrong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is a must.\n\nBusiness Process Management (BPM) knowledge and experience.\n\nProject Management knowledge; PMP or equivalent certification will make a difference.\n\nManagement of Change knowledge, including the ADKAR model, is a plus.\n\nSupplier Management knowledge, including supplier governance, performance management, SLA/KPI management, continuous improvement, and supplier operational processes.\n\nUnderstanding of supplier contracts, commercial requirements, compliance, and risk management is highly desirable.\n\nExperience working with global and regional suppliers in a cross-functional environment is a strong advantage.\n\nWe love our work environment and career growth journey.
