The role engages with executives and employees for resolving issues, leads accurate equity record-keeping, and prepares reports for audits and filings. Additionally, the role leads international compliance studies, and independently resolves complex issues.\nResponsibilities\nConducts day-to-day administration of global equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance-based equity grants.\nSupports complex equity transactions, including those related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and international expansion.\nInteracts directly with executives and employees to resolve or escalate issues regarding their equity compensation.\nLeads maintenance of accurate records of equity grants, exercises, cancellations, and terminations in equity management systems.\nLeads preparation of reports and documents for internal audits, regulatory filings, and financial reporting purposes.\nProvides ongoing vendor management and expert management in stock administration databases.\nLeads complex country-by-country feasibility and compliance studies for administering equity compensation programs internationally.\nSolves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions.\nLeads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\n4-7 years of work experience, preferably in stock administration, equity compensation, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
