This role works closely with Regional Accounting and Finance teams to ensure services are properly billed and revenue is recognized in accordance with company policies.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and highly organized with strong analytical and communication skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nBilling & Invoice Processing\n· Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.\n· Verify billing information, rates, contract terms, and supporting documentation prior to invoice generation.\n· Process billing adjustments, credits, and corrections as needed.\n· Ensure all billable services, products, and projects are invoiced according to customer agreements.\n· Maintain billing schedules and monitor invoicing deadlines.\n· Create well set ups in Oracle for drilling rigs\nRevenue Support\n· Assist with revenue tracking and reporting activities.\n· Support month-end and year-end close processes by providing revenue-related information and documentation.\n· Reconcile billing records and identify discrepancies requiring resolution.\n· Monitor unbilled revenue and assist in resolving outstanding issues.\nCustomer & Internal Support\n· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.\n· Provide documentation and support for customer audits and requests.\nData Management & Reporting\n· Maintain accurate customer account and billing information within company systems.\n· Monitor key billing metrics and identify trends or issues.\n· Assist management with ad hoc reporting and analysis.\nProcess Improvement\n· Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.\n· Support implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.\n· Maintain billing procedures and process documentation.\n· Participate in system testing and upgrades related to billing and revenue processes.\nQualifications\nEducation\n· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\n· Equivalent experience may be considered.\nExperience\n· 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, customer accounting, revenue operations, or related fields.\n· Experience working with ERP or billing systems preferred.\n· Experience in a high-volume transaction environment is a plus.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\n· Understanding of billing and invoicing processes.\n· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.\n· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.\n· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.\n· Ability to analyze and reconcile data.\n· Strong customer service and communication skills.\n· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n· Experience
