End to End Online Account Planning for Retail accounts & 4P Plan by Q & by Year (working as One team with Country Leader & Retail Account Manager) including:\nPortfolio Strategy 1P & 3P\nAccount Commercial Calendar\nPromotional Plan on Key seasons (Cyber, Hot sales, BTS, Xmas, Black Friday)\nCX tools to execute into the account :\nIndexed content\nHot Spots\nRating & Reviews\nCross Selling\nOmnichat\nInvestment Plans including :\nGoogle Search (Coop accounts)\nRetail Media or Onsite Visibility\nCRM initiatives\nKet Goals by Account\nAccount Market Share\nAUP vs Market\nGrowth vs Market\nDigital Share of Shelf\nAssortment\nWith the KAM & Online Country Leader, define Sales in & Sales Out Plan\n2.
