Responsibilities\nManages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics management, and import/export operations, typically for a large global business unit.\nIndependently executes basic demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.\nDrives the analysis conducted for backlog management.\nGathers demand data from country, region and account managers to synthesize information using complex analysis, and delivers demand signals to the supply base to contribute to demand forecasting.\nCoordinates or leads regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.\nMonitors key metrics, creates relevant reporting metrics, and reviews information for continuous improvement.\nContributes to priority projects with complex analysis and assists in developing recommendations.\nCommunicates requirements and guidelines to the global business unit planning teams.\nCoordinates, develops, and manages a regulatory trade compliance program. Education & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
