The role ensures accurate operational plans, supports monthly forecasting cycles, delivers business insights, and helps identify risks and opportunities affecting performance.\nWorking closely with Finance, Business Management, Operations, Quality, and Segment teams, the planner consolidates data, develops forecasts, analyzes business trends, and provides recommendations to support business decisions.\nThe role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into clear and actionable insights. This position operates within established planning frameworks and contributes to continuous process improvement initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain operational forecasts for assigned business areas.\nSupport monthly Flash, Budget, and Long-Term Planning cycles.\nConsolidate planning assumptions from multiple stakeholders.\nIdentify forecast variances and recommend corrective actions.\nEnsure planning deliverables are completed accurately and on time.\nAnalyze operational and financial performance against plan.\nPrepare variance analysis and explain key business drivers.\nMonitor trends, risks, and opportunities affecting business performance.\nGenerate recurring and ad-hoc business reports and dashboards.\nSupport leadership reviews with data-driven insight\nPartner with Finance, Operations, Quality, and Segment teams to validate planning assumptions.\nParticipate in planning reviews and operational discussions.\nCommunicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.\nSupport alignment between operational plans and business objective\nFollow established planning processes, controls, and governance requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.\nSupport implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.\nMaintain planning documentation and business assumptions.\nEnsure integrity and consistency of planning data.\nDevelop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards.\nPerform data validation and reconciliation activities.\nSupport business decision-making through timely reporting and analysis.\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.\nExposure to business intelligence and reporting tools.
