You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027 and continue participating in the program until June-July 2027.\nThe Customer Operations Intern works within a European, multicultural and fast-moving business environment, supporting HP Customers and Sales Teams within the area of Order Fulfillment. The intern is part of a central Order Management team and gains practical experience across different Customer Operations processes while supporting day-to-day operational activities.\nResponsibilities \nBacklog Support & Order Management\nSupports the management of customer and partner order backlogs under the guidance of experienced team members. \nMonitors backlog management tools (e.g., E2E Tool, FOM, or other HP tools) and assists in identifying orders at risk of missing service level agreements (SLAs). \nSupports backlog analysis and helps prepare reports for customers and account teams. \nAssists with claims, exceptions, and special customer requests following established processes and procedures. \nSupports the coordination of customer order change requests while ensuring data accuracy. \nLearns and contributes to order management best practices and operational processes. \nFinancial & Revenue Support\nAssists in monitoring invoicing and order closure activities in HP systems. \nSupports the team in following up on billing-related issues and open orders. \nHelps maintain data quality and supports inventory and revenue-related analysis. \nAssists in tracking financial disputes and supports timely resolution activities. \nContributes to quarter-end operational activities and revenue support initiatives. \nCommunication & Cross-Functional Coordination\nSupports customer communication by providing order status updates under team guidance. \nAssists customers and internal stakeholders with information regarding orders, deliveries, and claims. \nCollaborates with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Credit & Collection, and Sales Operations. \nSupports proactive communication regarding orders potentially at risk of missing agreed SLAs. \nLearns HP Customer Operations processes and provides basic guidance to stakeholders when appropriate. \nParticipates in team meetings and cross-functional projects to gain business understanding. \nGeneral Responsibilities\nSupports the accuracy of processes and operational activities within the Customer Operations organization. \nDelivers assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner. \nFollows HP internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. \nDemonstrates a willingness to learn and continuously develop professional skills. \nContributes to team initiatives and process improvement activities. \nPerforms other internship-related tasks as assigned by the manager. \nEducation, Knowledge and Skills \nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field in a University based in Spain. \nInterest in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Business Operations. \nStrong communication skills in English. \nGood German language skills are considered a plus. \nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. \nCustomer-focused mindset with a willingness to help and learn. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset. \nAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy. \nAbility to organize and prioritize tasks. \nTeam player with strong collaboration skills. \nAdaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment. \nPositive attitude and willingness to take initiative. \nExperience our benefits:\nPaid internship within a global, technology driven company. \nJoin an international work environment, with opportunities for learning, professional development, and networking across teams. \nFlexible working schedule, with options for part-time agreements (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day).
