You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027 and continue participating in the program until June-July 2027.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a motivated and analytical Data and Automation Intern to join our EMEA Customer Support Supply Chain team in Barcelona.\nYou will support the team in improving business performance visibility through data analytics, dashboard development, and process automation. Working closely with team members and stakeholders across EMEA, you will help transform operational and financial data into actionable insights that support decision-making and drive efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Analytics & Reporting: Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and financial data to monitor business performance and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. \nPower BI & Dashboards: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting views to track KPIs and Sub-KPIs, ensuring clear and reliable performance visibility. \nProcess Automation: Identify repetitive manual tasks and support the development of automation solutions to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability. \nContinuous Improvement: Enhance existing reporting processes, data quality, and visualization tools based on business needs and stakeholder feedback. \nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different functions to understand their requirements and translate them into practical analytics and digitalization solutions. \nRequired Qualifications and Skills\nCurrently pursuing a university degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. \nStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interest in data-driven decision-making. \nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management. \nStrong communication skills and a team-player mindset are a must, including the ability to collaborate effectively, actively listen to colleagues, and communicate ideas and findings clearly. \nProactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in an international team. \nGood command of English. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Power BI, particularly developing dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring views. \nFamiliarity with Power Query, DAX, and data modeling. \nBasic knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA, or Microsoft Power Automate. \nPrevious experience in data analytics, reporting, or process automation projects. \nWhat You Will Gain\nHands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and automation within an international supply chain environment. \nThe opportunity to contribute to real business improvement and digitalization initiatives. \nExposure to cross-functional collaboration and EMEA-level operational and financial performance management. \nExperience our benefits:\nPaid internship within a global, technology driven company. \nJoin an international work environment, with opportunities for learning, professional development, and networking across teams. \nFlexible working schedule, with options for part-time agreements (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day).
