The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (such as Manufacturing, INV, SCM, AP, PA, GL) and expertise in tools such as OIC, APEX, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\nJob Location: Noida/Goa\nWork Model: Hybrid\nKey Responsibilities:\nOracle Fusion Development:\nDesign, develop, and implement applications using Oracle Fusion Middleware components.\n\nCustomize and extend Oracle Fusion applications as per business requirements.\n\nDesigning and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle ERP Cloud.\n\nProviding strong Oracle ERP technical expertise in Oracle Manufacturing, SCM, INV, GL, AP and PA modules/interfaces.\n\nDevelop integration points between Oracle Fusion applications and other enterprise systems.\n\nAPEX Development:\nDesigning PAAS solutions\n\nDevelop and maintain Oracle Application Express applications for internal and external use.\n\nMigrate legacy applications to APEX, ensuring data integrity and security.\n\nUtilize PL/SQL and SQL for backend database operations and APEX application logic.\n\nImplement dynamic actions, validations, and custom plugins in APEX applications.\n\nSystem Integration:\nIntegrate Oracle Fusion applications with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.\n\nParticipating in client meetings and presentations to discuss integration solutions and provide demonstrations\n\nEnsure seamless data flow and synchronization between Oracle Fusion and other applications.\n\nTechnical coordination with third party service providers for Oracle application issues and code migrations\n\nSupport and Maintenance:\nProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion, APEX applications.\n\nMonitor application performance and implement necessary optimizations.\n\nAssist in the upgrade and patching of Oracle Fusion Middleware components.\n\nDocumentation and Training:\nPrepare detailed technical documentation for developed applications.\n\nProviding technical expertise and guidance on integration, best practices, patterns and methodologies\n\nConduct training sessions for end-users and other developers on Oracle Fusion, and APEX best practices.\n\nSupport UAT, deployments, and provide training/documentation to end-users.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting development.\n\nHands-on experience with: BIP, OTBI, FRS and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) - optional but preferred\n\nStrong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data models (e.g., Manufacturing, SCM, and Financials).\n\nProficiency in SQL, XML, and Excel-based analytics tools.\n\nFamiliarity with security roles and data access in Oracle Fusion.\n\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nLeverage prebuilt adapters (REST, SOAP, ERP, HCM, DB, FTP, etc.) to connect systems and services\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nOracle certification in Reporting/BI or Oracle Cloud modules.\n\nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification\n\nKnowledge of REST APIs for data extraction from Fusion.\n\nPrevious experience in agile or DevOps environments.\n\nSkills:\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\n\nQualities & Attributes:\nProactive -
