The role plays a vital role in configuring systems, diagnosing issues, and monitoring performance, thereby supporting in shaping technical direction and strategies both with the organization and for the clients. The role actively engages in a selected technical community or profession, attending relevant events and fosters positive working relationships. Responsibilities\nUtilizes the understanding of organization’s technologies to offer technical systems management support and contribute to intricate technical designs that align with customer requirements. \nSupports in configuring systems, diagnosing system issues, monitoring performance, and contributing to technical solutions for customer environments.\nCollaborates under the guidance of a technical lead and in conjunction with customer-designated representatives to achieve assigned objectives.\nEngages actively as a team member, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike, all while comprehending the organization’s strategic direction and the application of knowledge tools.\nInvolves themselves in a selected technical community or profession, regularly attending relevant professional or interest-focused events.\nGathers, documents, and helps form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and/or technical requirements.\nAssists in the technical scoping of engagements and works with practice principals to determine the duration of effort.\nAssists in the validation of information systems to meet technical requirements and specifications.\nApplies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.\nSupports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.
