We are looking for multiple Inside Sales Consultants to support our various business areas, including ACS, Digital Services, Managed Print Services, and Audio/Video Solutions.

The inside Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales growth within a specific solution domain by partnering with Inside Account Executives and Presales resources. The role acts as a subject matter expert, proactively identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, and positioning HP solutions that address customer business needs. The Insides Sales Consultant contributes to revenue growth, pipeline development, and customer retention across the assigned End User segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute solution-specific sales strategies aligned with the overall account plan.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth for the assigned specialty area.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to design customer solutions.
  • Present value propositions, conduct customer workshops, demonstrations, and business reviews.
  • Lead specialist portions of complex sales cycles and support negotiations when required.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to business stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene.
  • Act as the go-to expert for products, solutions, services, and industry trends within the specialty area

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Native English Language Fluency.
  • A background in Information Technology or a related technical field, gained through both education and professional experience, will be highly valued.
  • Experience in technology sales, inside sales, solution sales, or business development.
  • Experience managing opportunities and working in a matrix sales environment.
  • Experience selling hardware, software, services, or managed solutions is preferred.
