NPI Engineer

Description -

We are looking for NPI Engineer to lead the development, scale-up, and optimization of ink manufacturing processes. In this role, you will drive process and technology projects, define robust manufacturing procedures, and work closely with R&D and global engineering teams to ensure smooth product introduction into production

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ink manufacturing process: own, optimize and improve process performance.
• Investigate process and equipment issues through hands-on analysis and root-cause methodologies.
• Define new processes & specifications for stable, high-quality production.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Singapore engineering teams to align on processes and technology.
• Deliver NPI products, working windows, and manufacturing instructions to the production team, including specifications and procedures.
• Ensure engineering deliverables and documentation for new processes meet project specifications.
• Lead process problem-solving.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering; M.Sc. in Chemical/Materials Engineering - advantage.
• 5+ years as a NPI or process engineer in a multidisciplinary production environment.
• Experience in mechanical/equipment engineering - significant advantage.
• Creative thinker with strong investigative skills and the ability to apply tools and technologies to deliver effective solutions.
• Background in plastics, cosmetics, or related industries - advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, and ability to work on multiple projects.
• Positive can-do, hands-on attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
