Let's go far, together.\nHear directly from our employees, and leaders about their unique journeys at Helmerich and Payne.\nLocation: Tulsa, OK\nWork Type: Onsite\n#LI-Onsite\nDuration: Contract minimum of 6 months with potential for extension to full time hire\nAt a Glance:\nThe Office Services Coordinator II is expected to perform a number of administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office environment.\nWhat you will do: \nUse and maintain office equipment, including printers, scanners, fax machines, and mail postage machine\nMonitor office supply inventory and place orders when needed\nOversee the inbound/outbound delivery of all packages\nAssist with in-house printing when necessary\nAnswer incoming calls, directing to the appropriate department\nSort and distribute incoming and inter-office mail\nAssist with moving boxes and light inter-office moves\nAct as back-up for Welcome Center Receptionist\nFrequent contact with vendors and contractors\nAssist in office projects as requested\nDemonstrate the H&P Company values: Actively C.A.R.E., Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, Teamwork and Do the Right Thing\nWhat you need:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required\nDriver's License required\nAbility to drive cargo van for offsite pickups and deliveries\nExperience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook\nExperience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems, etc.)\nMust be able to lift 15 - 30 pounds\nMust demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to complete tasks in a timely manner\nAbility to multitask efficiently\nProactive problem-solver\nThis is a contract position providing services to Helmerich & Payne (H&P) through a third-party staffing agency.
