Job Summary
- This role is responsible for creating and drafting a wide range of marketing materials and leading the update and maintenance of a customer reference database. The role involves executing communication plans targeting diverse audiences and tracking and reporting key performance metrics. Additionally, the role includes conducting research on industry trends, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful communication program execution, while also providing expertise, analysis, and fostering a knowledge management culture. Responsibilities
- Creates and drafts direct mail, catalog, telemarketing, brochures, spec sheets, white papers, sales tools, newsletters and/or email marketing projects.
- Identifies strategic new wins across a business, industry, or geography, and provides timely, quality customer references to internal clients.
- Leads update and maintenance of customer reference database with information on referenceable customers.
- Executes communication plans that strategically target global, national, regional, sub-regional, or local audiences.
- Tracks, measures and reports business group or country measurements of success like calls, clicks, leads, revenue, etc.
- Conducts research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
- Tracks budget and expense management, manages project budgets as assigned and manages assignments to agencies or contractors as needed.
- Participates in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of communication programs.
- Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.
- Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures. Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in direct marketing, communications, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience. Preferred Certifications NA Knowledge & Skills
