Responsibilities\nProvides procurement support, focusing on basic commodities that require limited technical expertise.\nPerforms process-oriented tasks such as taking purchase requests, performing essential procurement and financial checks, and using automated tools, while applying discretion and judgment.\nStandardizes fulfillment processes, operational tools, standards, and supplier management procedures.\nPartners with business owners to identify and onboard vendors, manage purchase requisitions, and oversee purchase orders.\nMonitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to control and benchmark procurement activities.\nEnhances relationship management strategies with current, past, and potential suppliers.\nCollaborates with team members across the organization to meet commodity objectives, business controls, and compliance requirements.\nContributes to cross-functional team goals and objectives through execution of commodity strategies via tactical delivery.\nStays updated with industry trends and best practices to provide guidance on improvements and opportunities.\nConducts training sessions on procurement processes and tools for employees. Education & Experience Recommended\nFour-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in procurement, category management, operations, or a related field.
