Responsibilities\nManage procurement and supply chain activities for assigned commodities, building expertise within specific product categories based on business needs and individual strengths.\nCoordinate with strategic suppliers, manufacturing partners (ODMs), and internal teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth execution throughout the supply chain.\nIdentify, investigate, and help resolve supply chain issues, including material shortages, shipment delays, product certification challenges, and other operational disruptions.\nSupport supplier communication and relationship management, ensuring alignment on quality expectations, delivery requirements, compliance standards, and operational priorities.\nContribute to automation and process improvement initiatives by leveraging digital tools to streamline manual workflows, improve data visibility, and increase team efficiency.\nAnalyze operational data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts.\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain (procurement, sourcing…etc.), category management, manufacturing/operations, or a related field.\nExperience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and effectively communicating across internal and external teams.\nStrong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExperience using Excel, data analysis tools, Digital skills such as Power BI, SQL and Python, Power Automate etc. or other digital solutions to improve business processes.\n Preferred Certifications\nCertified In Production And Inventory Management\nProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification\nCertified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations) Knowledge & Skills\nAccounting\nCategory Management\nCost Reduction\nEconomics\nEnterprise Resource Planning\nFinance\nInvoicing\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nMarketing\nMaterial Requirements Planning\nProcurement\nProject Management\nPurchasing\nSAP Applications\nStrategic Sourcing\nSupplier Management\nSupplier Performance Management\nSupplier Relationship Management\nSupply Chain\nSupply Chain Management Cross-Org Skills\nEffective Communication\nResults Orientation\nLearning Agility\nDigital Fluency\nCustomer Centricity Impact & Scope\nImpacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
