As Product Manager for the Customer Support API Platform, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the APIs and integration capabilities that connect customer support experiences, applications, partners, and AI-powered services worldwide.

You will work across business, engineering, architecture, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable platform capabilities that accelerate innovation, simplify integration, and improve customer outcomes. What You'll Do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the Customer Support API Platform.
• Define and prioritize platform capabilities based on business value, customer needs, and technology strategy.
• Drive API adoption and developer engagement across internal and external consumers.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable platform services.
• Establish API standards, governance, security, and operational excellence practices.
• Enable AI, automation, analytics, and digital experiences through modern API capabilities.
• Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve platform value and adoption.
• Influence stakeholders across business and technology to align priorities and investments.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Management, Software Engineering, or related technology roles.
• Experience managing APIs, integration platforms, or developer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of API design, cloud platforms, microservices, and modern integration patterns.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into product roadmaps and delivered outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills.
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional product teams.
