We’re looking for a recent graduate to join our Inside Presales Technical Consultant (TC) team -a collaborative, global team that partners with sales teams, customers, and partners to bring HP’s Personal Systems solutions to life.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for early career talent (0-1 year of experience) who are curious, motivated, and eager to grow in a technical and customer-facing role.

About the role

As an Inside Presales Technical Consultant, you’ll support HP’s Personal Systems portfolio (devices, services, and solutions) by helping guide sales teams and customers through technical questions and solutions.

You’ll work in a diverse, international team environment, collaborating across regions and gaining exposure to real business scenarios from day one.

What you’ll do

• Provide guidance and recommendations on HP Personal Systems products and solutions
• Support sales teams by helping respond to customer requests (e.g., RFPs, RFIs)
• Answer and track technical questions from internal teams and partners
• Present key product features and benefits in a clear and engaging way
• Collaborate with global technical teams to solve challenges and support opportunities
• Help deliver trainings and share knowledge with other teams
• Contribute to a high-quality customer experience

What we’re looking for

• Recent graduate, ideally in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Interest in technology (hardware, software, operating systems, or networking)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
