Application LeadDescription -\nWe are looking for a Sales Application Lead to own and operate HP Industrial Print's commercial applications, with an initial focus on our CPQ platform.\nThis role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a business-critical application ecosystem supporting global sales operations, quotation management, pricing, product configuration, approvals, and other commercial processes.\nIn addition to ensuring stable day-to-day operations, this role will continuously improve the platform, optimize operational processes, and help shape the future commercial application landscape as part of HP's Lead-to-Cash transformation.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technology, business partnership, operational ownership, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced global environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of the CPQ application, including production operations, platform stability, releases, support, and continuous improvement\n\nAct as the primary IT owner, partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure the application meets business needs\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve platform capabilities, operational processes, and user experience in partnership with business stakeholders.\n\nManage the external development partner and align delivery priorities with business stakeholders\n\nLead incident management, production support, and problem resolution to ensure platform stability\n\nPlan and coordinate quarterly releases, hotfixes, deployments, and production readiness\n\nCollaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Architects, QA, and engineering teams\n\nSupport integrations with Microsoft Dynamics, ERP systems, CRM, and other enterprise platforms\n\nEnsure compliance with enterprise governance, security, SOX, and ITGC requirements\n\nSupport HP's Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience owning or managing enterprise business-critical applications throughout their operational lifecycle\n\nA proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability\n\nUnderstanding of end-to-end Sales business processes and the enterprise applications that support them\n\nExperience working with cross-functional business and IT teams, including external development partners\n\nExperience leading development teams and coordinating technical delivery\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in complex operational environments\n\nAbility to drive collaboration across business and IT teams, build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders\n\nExperience working in Agile environments\n\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer
