You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Security Architects, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, mission-critical mobile solutions used by enterprise customers worldwide.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on specialist who is passionate about building high-quality software, driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering reliable, secure, and performant mobile experiences across the full technology stack.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend APIs, cloud services, and supporting infrastructure that power mobile applications.\n\nBuild reusable, maintainable, and scalable mobile and backend architectures following modern software engineering best practices.\n\nDesign and implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), PKCE, JWT, biometrics, and secure session management.\n\nDevelop mobile features that leverage secure storage, push notifications, GPS/location services, background processing, offline-first capabilities, and data synchronization.\n\nDesign and implement reliable offline synchronization strategies, including conflict detection, conflict resolution, retry mechanisms, and background synchronization.\n\nDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs, and real-time communication services (WebSockets/SignalR) to support mobile functionality with Object Oriented Programming languages like C#, Java, Python, or Go.\n\nBuild cloud-native solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure, or AWS, including serverless functions, storage, messaging, and API management services.\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, Security Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions.\n\nOptimize application performance, startup time, memory usage, battery consumption, network efficiency, and overall user experience.\n\nImplement robust error handling, logging, telemetry, monitoring, and analytics to ensure application reliability and observability.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices.\n\nParticipate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning activities.\n\nMentor junior and mid-level developers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.\n\nSupport CI/CD pipelines for both mobile applications and backend services, including automated testing, deployments, code signing, and release management.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues across the mobile application, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations.\n\nStay current with emerging mobile, cloud, and software engineering technologies, frameworks, and security best practices, and recommend improvements where appropriate.\n\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\n\nTypically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in cross-platform mobile software development.\n\nTypically has 3-5 years experience working with RESTful APIs.\n\nImpact & Scope\nImpacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
