You will be instrumental in redefining software delivery by integrating AI into every phase of the SDLC, including requirements definition, architecture, development, testing, deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.\nThis is a hands-on leadership position with no direct reports, focused on influencing outcomes, accelerating developer productivity, improving software quality, and enabling teams to adopt modern AI-assisted engineering practices at scale.\nResponsibilities\nLead the adoption and evolution of AI-Driven Software Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) practices across SW engineering teams.\nDefine engineering strategies that leverage AI to improve developer productivity, code quality, system reliability, and delivery speed.\nDesign, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions across backend and frontend\nDrive the integration of AI-assisted development tools into daily engineering workflows, including code generation, testing automation, documentation, code review, and operational support.\nEstablish and promote modern engineering best practices, including architecture, modular design, automated testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and platform engineering.\nPartner with engineering leadership to modernize development processes and operating models for AI-native software delivery.\nrovide technical leadership and guidance across multiple teams\nDefine and promote engineering best practices (architecture, modularity, testing, CI/CD)\nContribute hands-on to development when needed (Python, React, APIs)\nSupport the adoption of AI-assisted development practices and tools\nMentor and coach engineers on modern software engineering practices, AI-assisted development techniques, and emerging technologies.\nCollaborate with product, business, and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nEducation and Experience Required\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\nSignificant experience as a software engineer with a strong hands-on coding background\nProven experience working in Agile development environments\nKnowledge and Skills\nRequired\nStrong programming skills in Python\nExperience with frontend frameworks such as React\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nSolid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and system design\nExperience applying testing and automation practices\nHighly valued\nHands-on experience using AI / GenAI tools in a corporate environment\nExperience applying AI to improve development workflows\nAbility to define clear technical specifications for complex solutions\nScope and Impact\nOperates as a senior individual contributor with strong cross-team
