This role involves building reliable data collection services, cloud integrations, deployment solutions, and analytics capabilities for enterprise-managed Windows environments.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain Windows-based telemetry and analytics components.\n\nBuild windows services and background processes for collecting device health, inventory, and performance data.\n\nImplement scalable telemetry integrations with cloud-based analytics platforms.\n\nDevelop plugin-based capabilities to extend endpoint functionality.\n\nTroubleshoot production issues, application crashes, and deployment failures.\n\nSupport enterprise deployments and update mechanisms.\n\nContribute to AI-enabled diagnostics, automation, and agent workflows.\n\nCollaborate with product, cloud, and platform engineering teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nWindows Platform Expertise\nStrong understanding of Windows internals.\n\nExperience developing Windows Services and background applications.\n\nKnowledge of Windows Registry, WMI, Event Logs, Performance Counters, and system diagnostics.\n\nUnderstanding of Active Directory, domain-joined devices, and enterprise device management.\n\nSoftware Development\nStrong proficiency in:\nC#\n\nC++\n\nPowershell - development modules\n\nExperience with plugin architecture and modular software design.\n\nAbility to debug crashes and analyze application logs.\n\nEnterprise Networking\nExperience developing code that supports:\nEnterprise proxies\n\nKerberos authentication\n\nNTLM authentication\n\nSecure network communications\n\nCloud & Data Platforms\nHands-on AWS experience with:\nAWS IoT\n\nAWS Kinesis\n\nAWS CloudFront\n\nUnderstanding of telemetry pipelines and event-driven systems.\n\nAIAgents & Workflow orchestration\nExposure to AI agents and workflow orchestration.\n\nFamiliarity with MCP tools and integrations is a plus.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with developing windows .net based services desktop based application with windows internals knowledge\n\nFamiliarity with client-server architecture.
