The Servigistics Super User is the process owner and subject matter expert responsible for driving the effective use, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Servigistics planning platform across the AMS Service Supply Chain organization. This role partners with Planning Managers, planners, COE, IT, and global stakeholders to ensure planning processes are standardized, data quality is maintained, and business requirements are translated into scalable system solutions. The position leads testing, deployment readiness, issue resolution, training, and ongoing optimization activities while supporting adoption of global planning standards. The Super User acts as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams to maximize planning automation, improve planning outcomes, and ensure stable business operations within the Servigistics ecosystem
Job Responsibilities
- Own and maintain Servigistics configuration, parameterization, planning process governance to support business objectives
- Lead data validation, UAT, regression testing, parallel planning, and go-live readiness activities for system deployments and enhancements
- Ensure master data integrity, planning data quality, and alignment to global planning standards
- Monitor planning outputs and system performance, identify exceptions, and drive corrective actions as needed
- Act as the first level of business support for planners, conducting issue triage and coordinating with COE, IT, and PTC teams when required
- Develop playbooks, standard work, training materials, and governance routines to support sustainable adoption after implementation.
- Lead future-state planning process design, fit-gap analysis, and solution alignment across global business teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and planning effectiveness
- Participate in global governance forums and promote adoption of global standards and best practices
- Support business continuity planning, documentation maintenance, simulations, and change management activities
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor/master’s degree in supply chain or math - related subject or Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in supply chain planning, service supply chain, consulting, enterprise planning systems, transformation programs, or large-scale system implementation
- Fluency in English language
Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Service Supply Chain planning processes including forecasting, inventory optimization and Order Plans
- Strong expertise in Servigistics or similar planning tools configuration, parameter management, and planning workflows
- Experience with master data governance, BMT management, and planning data validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose system, data, and process issues
- Experience leading UAT, regression testing, defect management, and deployment activities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business, IT, COE, and external partners
- Strong understanding of planning solution design, configuration logic, data models, and integration points across ERP, planning, reporting, and execution systems.
- Consulting-style stakeholder management skills, including executive communication, workshop facilitation, issue framing, and recommendation development.
