The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support technical solutions and customer engagements. You should be comfortable learning and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, collaborate with internal teams, business partners, and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nHelp build secure new solutions and enhance existing features in our applications.\nSupport development, testing, and deployment of identity services and integrations with external identity providers.\nWork with senior engineers to troubleshoot and harden authentication flows.\nUse AI coding assistants and agentic tools to speed up development, testing, and documentation, and review their output for correctness and security.\nAssist with AI-enabled automation and secure integrations with AI services.\nContribute to documentation and best practices across our identity systems.\nEducation and Experience Required:\nHas completed or is in the process of completing a university degree or higher (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)\nHas completed the degree prior to the start date\nHas no more than 24 months of prior work experience professionally related to the graduate hire requisition they are applying to (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience)\nNo more than 12 months since graduation from a university program\nAble to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future.\nPreferred Majors:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nPreferred Knowledge and Skills:\nProgramming experience in Python, Java, Go, or C++.\nBasic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JWTs, and authentication flows.\nFoundational knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SSO.\nExposure to security fundamentals such as TLS, certificates, and firewalls.\nHands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for coding or projects, plus awareness of AI security risks like prompt injection and data leakage.\nStrong communication skills and comfort working on a collaborative Agile team.\nInternship, co-op, or class project involving authentication or identity provider integration.\nExperience building with LLM APIs, or securing access for AI agents and tools (e.g., OAuth for MCP servers) - this one is an extreme plus!
