In this role, you will help visualize, prototype, and define forward-looking product concepts and strategic initiatives, translating complex technologies into intuitive, compelling user experiences.\nYou will collaborate closely with researchers, product leaders, engineers, and design peers to explore new interaction models, develop high-fidelity design systems, and craft polished visual experiences that bring emerging ideas to life.\n** Candidate submissions MUST include a portfolio link**\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for next-generation AI and HCI experiences.\nTranslate complex concepts and emerging technologies into clear, elegant product experiences.\nCreate high-fidelity UI designs, interaction flows, and rapid prototypes using Figma.\nDevelop and maintain scalable design patterns and visual systems that support experimentation and innovation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, research, and strategy.\nCommunicate design vision through storyboards, prototypes, and presentations.\nContribute to strategic initiatives by visualizing future product concepts and experience directions.\nChampion user-centered design practices throughout the product development lifecycle.\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI, product design, or interaction design.\nDemonstrated high-level visual design skills with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products or concept work.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems.\nStrong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile or iterative product environments.\nAbility to translate abstract ideas and technical concepts into clear design solutions.\nExcellent communication and storytelling skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing AI-driven or data-rich product experiences.\nFamiliarity with human-computer interaction (HCI) principles and emerging interaction paradigms.\nExperience building or contributing to design systems.\nComfort working in exploratory or 0→1 innovation environments.\nMotion, prototyping, or storytelling skills that help communicate future product concepts.\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to shape future-facing AI and interaction experiences.\nCollaboration with a diverse, multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and researchers.\nA culture that values experimentation, creativity, and user-centered innovation.\nThe pay range for this role is$130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
