The role serves as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving the successful execution of technical projects that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives. Responsibilities\nPlays a critical role in the planning and execution of the organization's most complex and visible AI projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's AI products.\nPartners across functions to prioritize, plan, track and execute complex, cross organizational programs while maintaining focus on building high quality programs.\nDefines the overall AI vision, strategy, and roadmap to address the problems/opportunities in collaboration with product managers and engineers.\nReaches across functions or departments to mitigate program risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.\nEngages with executive leadership and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and manage expectations.\nAllocates resources, including personnel and budgets, to ensure project teams have the necessary support to achieve objectives.\nEnsures that project deliverables meet established quality standards and are aligned with business and technical requirements.\nDemonstrates a comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families.\nInterprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
