We are looking for those who embrace new ideas and technology, solve problems, and take ownership and accountability.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end M&A supply chain programs Define program structure, milestones, deliverables, and execution approach across all supply chain domains.\nDrive integration and separation execution Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Day 1 readiness, stabilization, and handover to operations.\n Operate within the Integration Management Office (IMO) Align with cross-functional workstreams including Finance, IT, Legal, and Go-To-Market to manage interdependencies and risks.\nLead cross-functional teams Coordinate senior stakeholders across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer operations.\nManage program governance and communication Establish clear reporting, executive updates, and decision forums to drive transparency and speed.\nDrive value realization Deliver synergy targets and ensure supply chain performance supports overall deal objectives.\nSupport due diligence and deal shaping Provide supply chain input on target operating models, risks, and value upside during pre-deal phases.\nExperience and Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or transformation roles\nStrong experience managing large-scale, cross-functional global programs\nExperience in mergers and acquisitions, integration, or carve-outs preferred\nSolid understanding of multiple supply chain domains (planning, procurement, logistics, customer operations)\nProven ability to communicate with senior executives and drive decisions\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills\nLeadership Profile\nOperates with high ownership and accountability\nAble to lead through ambiguity and complexity\nBalances strategic thinking with hands-on execution\nBuilds trust quickly across functions and cultures\nStrong communicator who can simplify complex topics for executive audiences\nWhy this role matters\nDirect impact on HP’s growth through acquisitions and strategic deals\nOpportunity to shape the future supply chain operating model\nExposure to senior leadership and enterprise-wide decisions\nWork at the intersection of strategy, operations, and transformation\nSalary\nThe pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
