On-Site\nWhat you will do:\n(Software PM) : Requires understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), programming concepts, and technical dependencies to make informed decisions. \nLead a team of experienced R&D software Engineers to develop, test & deploy high quality enterprise software/systems/products using C#, Java and Cloud computing technologies like Kubernetes, AWS or Microsoft Azure.\nEnsure software system architecture provides a strong, solid basis for quality software, maintainability, future-capable and ability to delivery small features independently and rapidly.\nOrganizes, manages, and implements projects by achieving objectives through key results.\nChampion an Agile Mindset by promoting adaptability, transparency, and continuous improvement across all project phases. \nUtilizing a Servant Leadership mindset actively supports and empowers teams by removing blockers quickly, enabling progress without unnecessary delays. \nFoster self-organizing teams by creating an environment where teams take ownership of delivery, collaborate effectively, and make decisions autonomously. \nEncourage short feedback loops and iterative development to accelerate value delivery and respond to changing business needs enabling rapid iteration. \nUnderstand CI/CD Principles by demonstrating familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable deployments. \nAdvocate for and leverage automated testing frameworks to maintain quality at speed.\nDemonstrate a good working knowledge of common CI/CD and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and their role in enabling high-tempo delivery.\nDemonstrate a metrics-driven approach to results using indicators such as: Velocity: Monitor team throughput across sprints to assess predictability and capacity planning.\nBurndown Charts: Use sprint and release burndown charts to visualize progress against commitments and identify scope creep early.\nCycle Time & Lead Time: Analyze how quickly work items move from start to completion to uncover bottlenecks and improve flow.\nQuality Metrics: Incorporate defect rates, test coverage into decision-making to maintain delivery quality\n\nEnsures project objectives align to overall strategic company objectives.\nPartners with IT Infrastructure, Operations, Development, and Technology teams to define and execute plans to support the deployment and scalability of solutions.\nManages multiple large-scale projects across various portfolios successfully & simultaneously on a consistent basis.\nUnderstanding and experience in requirements/scope management, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review/Retrospectives.\nStrong collaborative skills with an ability to you will need:\nRequires bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering\nProven experience as a Software Engineering Manager in software Products development environments.\n15+ years of experience with significant depth in SDLC of enterprise-class products, microservices architecture, cloud computing, containers technology, and cloud-scale design.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver under tight timelines. \nAbility to translate technical concepts into business
