This role sits at the heart of how our teams build, validate, and deliver AI-powered experiences with exceptional quality and developer efficiency.\nYou’ll lead programs that strengthen QA processes, enhance developer workflows, and accelerate engineering velocity across HP’s AI product portfolio. Success in this role requires a blend of technical fluency, structured program leadership, and the ability to communicate clearly across-and up-the organization.\nResponsibilities\nProgram Leadership & Execution\nDrive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of QA and Developer Experience programs within the HP IQ organization.\nBuild and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs that align with organizational priorities.\nIdentify risks, dependencies, and cross-team impacts early, and lead mitigation strategies.\nEnsure consistent alignment across engineering, QA, product, data science, and partner teams.\nQuality & Developer Experience\nPartner with QA and engineering teams to strengthen test strategies, automation frameworks, and release readiness processes.\nSupport initiatives that improve developer workflows, tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and overall engineering productivity.\nAdvocate for quality, reliability, and operational excellence across AI development lifecycles.\nCross-Team Collaboration & Communication\nFacilitate clear, structured communication across multiple teams and disciplines.\nTranslate technical details into actionable plans and stakeholder-friendly updates.\nBuild strong relationships across engineering, product management, design, and operations.\nReporting & Executive Communication\nPrepare and deliver concise, data-driven program updates for senior leadership.\nCommunicate risks, progress, and strategic recommendations in a clear, executive-ready format.\nEnsure visibility into program health, resource needs, and cross-team dependencies at all levels of the organization.\nTechnical & Analytical Contributions\nUnderstand core concepts related to AI systems, software development, testing, and infrastructure.\nAnalyze data, metrics, and feedback to inform program decisions and continuous improvement.\nContribute to requirements gathering, feature scoping, and process design.\nQualifications\nRequired\n2-5 years of experience in program management, technical program management, product operations, or a related role.\nFamiliarity with software development processes, QA methodologies, and developer tooling.\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to report effectively to senior leadership.\nDemonstrated experience driving cross-functional programs from concept to delivery.\nAbility to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.\nPreferred\nExperience with AI/ML products, data pipelines, or model evaluation workflows.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD systems, automation frameworks, or developer productivity tools.\nBackground in engineering, computer science, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).\nExperience working within large, distributed engineering organizations.\nSalary: $115,000- $188,000\n\nCompensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees)\n\nThe salary range for this role is listed above.
